The article highlights Chef Rosa’s journey from Puerto Rico to Palm Beach and now Crown Point, where his creativity shines at One13North. Best restaurant on the square!! Great atmosphere and drink selection. I think I’ve tried everything on the menu and it has all been tasty, but the bao buns and wings are on another level - so extremely good!!!
